Subject	Can you use a window switch from another car?

Message	I have been driving a 2005 ToyotaLand Cruiser Prado for the past month now. For those of you unware of it, its non US sold "sport model". Anyway, it has auto up/down for all four windows, can I take these switches and put them in place of mine with only auto down? As long as the switch fits of course. I am not an electrician, and never claimed to be I appreciate any help thanks "My missle is bigger than your missle"
